How do you ship orders?

All orders shipping in the domestic US for in-stock items ship free of charge with ground shipping. We use a variety of carriers, though most often USPS Priority. 

For in-stock items, please allow up to two business days to fulfill an order and issue a tracking number, one day for our warehouse to process and one day for the carriers to update.. Once you receive your tracking number via email, you should expect your package within 2-4 business days.

Finally, a heads up. We require signature for orders over $750 for your security and ours. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, GPay and Venmo. Unless you are combining payment with a Taylor Stitch gift card, only one method of payment is accepted at checkout.

What are my options for faster shipping?

Expedited 2-Day and Overnight delivery is available from range of couriers and cost $25 and $50 respectively. Just purchase one of these options at checkout. Please take into consideration that your order will ship via your selected method after the required 1-2 business days of processing time required to pack your order. For that reason, we do not offer expedited options on Friday through Sunday as there wouldn't be enough business days to process and meet the expedited timeline. 

How do I track my order?

Tracking is sent in your shipping confirmation email. Just click the "Track Order" link and you'll be taken to the Order Thank You page with details about your order's status and a link to your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours from the time we send your shipping confirmation email for tracking to begin updating on the carrier website. You can sign up for shipping text alerts on the Order Thank You page; we highly recommend signing up.
